Meet The Chef
Chef Heidi has over 20 years of experience in the food service and hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Hospitality Management and is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Chicago Culinary Arts College. With an extensive background in catering, Chef Heidi specializes in bringing unique dining experiences to all occasions from intimate dinner parties to extravagant weddings. With passion, drive, and ability to bring people together through food, Chef Heidi has dedicated herself to providing an elevated level of service to you our clients. She will dazzle you with her amazing displays and gourmet dishes.

Whether you need drop-off catering for a breakfast meeting, casual luncheon, or on-site catering for a more formal corporate event, H&B Catering and Events will ensure all your needs are met. We offer a wide menu selection as well as work with you to create a custom, made from scratch menu to suit your specific needs.
This would be me writing a love letter... Since day 1, Chef Heidi and her team embraced us as family and made sure that our vision became a reality for our wedding day. This company is by far the best one I've worked with! Most impressive was how the team worked with our budget and still provided 5 Star service... And the FOOD, what we had for the tasting was exactly what was presented to all of our guests. Since the wedding I've referred H&B Catering to several guests that were in attendance... Not to mention the owner of the Stan Manson (Cera) simply loves H&B Catering and has added the company to her vendors list for future events!!!
